17.3: Error Analysis of Color Coordinates' Measurement Using Color Camera

In the field of display technology, panels are mainly composed pixels three primary colors red, green and blue, which have basically same spectra in production batch due to consistency process. Thus, using commercially available color cameras measure coordinates is possible. However, actually different or even areas panel slightly different, will lead a certain error principle. this paper, we analyzed effects spectral shift OLED on accuracy coordinate measurement simulated camera response curve. We multiple situations shifts then quantitatively influence based curve CIE1931 tristimulus values respectively.
